SinoGuardrail is a China-based roller barrier supplier for Singapore road projects. We prepare export quotations and technical document packages. We are not a Singapore manufacturer and have no local office. The designer, contractor and purchaser define the authority, specification and acceptance process.
Singapore roads leave little spare space, so site interfaces matter. Kerbs, drains, structures, underground services, traffic stages and work windows can all change the layout.
Before you select a product, confirm whether the works fall under an LTA contract or another public or private framework. Get the contract drawings, material rules, testing clauses, submission schedule and any departures from the tender team.

These values come from our roller barrier technical sheet. They show one hardware arrangement, not a universal Singapore specification. Each quoted part and finish must appear in the datasheet, bill of materials and shop drawing for the contract.

If a contract names a crash-test standard, ask for the full report or an authorised project submission. It should show the report number, protocol, vehicle, mass, speed, angle, installation, components, terminals and result. Compare these details with the product offered.
Our roller barrier has a MASH TL4 crash test report at 100 km/h, which qualified project teams can review under NDA. Check that the tested configuration matches the quoted system before you rely on it.
Singapore is warm, humid and coastal. Address this with project-defined material, coating and polymer requirements, not broad durability claims. Ask for steel-grade traceability, coating inspection records and the roller material declaration for the batch offered.
The submittal should also cover inspection access, replaceable parts, spares and maintenance instructions. Any service interval must come from the system manual and the asset owner's requirements.
We have shipped W-beam guardrail to Singapore. That case covers only the W-beam shipment and its export and packing scope.
It is not a roller barrier installation, crash-test record or product acceptance in Singapore. It does not show use on an LTA project. We will add a roller barrier case only when project facts, customer permission and original photos are available.
For a comparable offer, give the Incoterm and a named terminal, forwarder warehouse or site in Singapore. Also say who handles import clearance, local delivery, unloading and storage.
